001 / Why we’re building
Work was built around a simple constraint: people can only do so much in a day. So we added more tools, more meetings, more handoffs, and more people to keep everything moving. Somehow, the work still gets stuck.
We think the next generation of companies will work differently. Every person should have AI agents that understand their context, take on delegated work, and keep things moving even after they’ve logged off. When a team needs judgment or expertise it doesn’t have, the right specialist should be within reach.
That’s what we’re building at Forecrew: an OS for a 24x7 workforce of humans, agents, and on-demand specialists. Not another dashboard to manage. A way to give small teams the capacity to do much bigger things, without losing the people at the centre of the work.
